1. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer two convenient payment options:
• COD (Cash on Delivery): Pay in cash or via Mpesa when our Delivery Associate arrives at your doorstep.• Online Payment: Prepay for your order at checkout, before receiving your package.
2. How do I place an order?
• For Online Payment: To enjoy a special discount, click the button "Pay Online👉🏾 Get an Extra Discount". This will take you to the checkout page where you can complete your payment.
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is your residential address, as we cannot predict how long customs might hold packages sent to temporary or vacation addresses.
4. How long does shipping take?
Typically, orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.
Our courier team will reach out to you within 2 business days after your order is placed. We'll also notify you by phone call once your package arrives.
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please take note of the phone call.
5. How can I track my package?
If you've placed your order successfully but haven't received a response from us, please check your WhatsApp for any missed calls. We typically leave a message if we can’t reach you. Kindly reply to the message or reach out to confirm your delivery (for the fastest response).
